My first contact with your company came from a response to my request for an appointment to review my 50 year old (but still working) American Standard boiler, after a Mass Save audit. Your receptionist set an appointment quickly with Glenn Raymond who came to my home in Yarmouth. He spent considerable time with us explaining ALL the options available to us for heating our home. He answered nearly all of our questions at that time and then responded with a professional quote within 24 hours.
Following other competitive quotes (one lower, one higher) I again contacted him and asked for a Follow up visit. Without hesitation he again visited our hoe and answered ALL remaining questions.
Since we were leaving for Florida and had a short window for installation, he scheduled your crew to meet our demands.
While I’m sure i will spell some names incorrectly, your boiler install team of Bobby Burkhardt, John, Matt, and Ken (Electrician) were equally professional in installing our new Buderus GC144 boiler. They were here in the pouring rain all day. They were very courteous, very conscious of ensuring drop cloths were used, and proud of their workmanship.
